Who does Israel think it is?

Israel has no right to destroy half of Beirut no matter how many of its people have been kidnapped. It is not a disproportionate response it is an wholy unwarranted act of aggression. Who do Israel they think they are, that they can do this? The West stands accused alongside for using the opportunity in the hope it will help resolve their own dirty dealing in the region.
