Help me. Please, I need advice? /:?

Wellll, so I met this guy on facebook haha yeah pretty lame but many of my friends know him and like him as a person. it was about 4 months ago. So then we started hanging out and I started liking him even more. Then we hung out again and we kissed. We've been talking. Problem is he is more of a goofy kind of guy. He doesn't seem like he wants anything serious and no I don't mean he'll go and make out with 30 other girls because really he isn't like that and he's totally against cheating. anooothhhhherr problem is that it's not exactly legal if we date. he's a lot older, 6 years. Also, i'm not retarded, he isn't a man either. Last time he had a serious girlfriend was maybe like a year ago and she ended up cheating on him. So yeah. But like he hasn't been the same lately. This has been going on for about two weeks. I just feel like I always do nice things to make him smile, but he NEVER does that with me. And I mean I tried talking about it with him but he isn't helping a tall -__- I ask him what he wants and he just says he doesn't know. I mean I know we can't date.. or anything. We did say that we'll just see how it goes. He's nice, and he's adorable and I really do like him. But if he doesn't like me as much as I like him what's the point? So I've been sick and today I stayed home and told him to text me after work and he doesn't. And he's done that so many times, and I know that sounds so retarded and stupid but I'm a girl what else would you expect.. So yeah, any adviceeee? :/
