Funny how people gave Clinton such high marks as a President compared to Bush...?

I freely admit the Iraq war was a fiasco, but what were we doing in Kosovo and Bosnia? What came out of that? Also, sure Bush had a deficit, but Clinton would have too, if not for his stealing from SOCIAL SECURITY, the only money some people have, to cover his behind. I'm not supporting Bush in this by any means, but shouldn't we hold Clinton to the same tests we do Bush? And then there was Monica, what about her? Bush has managed to keep it in his pants, at least in public, where Clinton can't seem to, and morals DO matter, because a President is more than just a Chief Executive, he is an example.Any comments?
