Angora goat with flaky skin?

Rub him down with natural mineral oil. It sounds like a simple case of overly dry skin. People do this on their dogs too and it works really well so I see no reason why it wouldnt work for your goat too. The natural mineral oil won't hurt your goat. Just make sure when you go to buy it it says natural. Not all mineral oil is the same. They also have what is known as udder cream, usually sold in feed supply stores or even human drug stores. Sometimes, used for conditions like the one you just described as well. Good luck.
