Is it possible that aliens are future us traveling back in time?

is it possible that what we consider aliens and ufo's are actually humans fro the future that are traveling back in time ?just as we evolved from monkeys we sapiens will evolve into what we consider aliens and travel back in time for maybe just tourism or to warn us of something?
