I'm Having a sweet 16th?

and the theme is hollywood fancy dress. so typical of me to pick a theme where i can't think of any ideas for myself. i havnt got a huge budget as im also doing the decor and i want something that isn't obvious, that no one else will think of and still be great. my first thoughts were Cyndi Lauper and marilyn Monroe so none of them please. oh and im female if you havnt guessed so no elvis's etc thank you all x
