How Higher studies in electronics and instrumentation engg. in distance mode. (please read details below)?

Dear Sir/Madam, Presently I am a student of Diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering in a Govt. polytechnic. After completing Diploma I have to do a job in either PSU or top ranked industry, but I heartly want to complete my further studies as mentioned above along with my job. Please show me the perfect way that how can I cotinue my higher studies with my job ? please mention step by step.
