Noose bleed/ blood loss.?

My nose has been bleeding alot today first at 8 pm which was slot and I got weak. And now just a few minutes ago in the shower where it was so much that there was more blood showing then water. Now I feel very very weak and can't move and I'm very tired like about to p out instantly tired, what should I do???
