MFS HELP! HOW DOES TH LUIGILLA WORK?

The 2 teams from each group move on. That's six so we need 2 more teams to p. That's when they go to the general table and they get the two teams with the highest points that did not qualify in the group. For the most part, it is the top 8 in the general table but sometimes it isn't.
