I need a recipe to make taco dip WITHOUT the re fried beans?

I once got the recipe off of a website, 2 years ago, and it didn't have re fried beans, it had cream cheese, guacamole, ground beef, & NO OLIVES.! I remember there being salsa, and Mexican shredded cheese. I cant find the recipe :( i need directions and stuff. THANKS SO MUCH!
