How fast will the pelosi/reid regime blame Bush for higher gas prices from their news oil company taxes?

anytime you put more taxes on a product, the consumer pays for it with higher prices. Its just a fact. The company pes on the taxes to the consumer. Not everyone can go out and afford to buy a new hybrid car.
