What College Cles should I take if I want to board and raise horses and also instruct riding cles?

I would like to know what college cles might be not only necessary but helpful in opening an equine barn for boarding and raising horses. Also I would like to instruct not only regular riding courses but also courses in dressage as well. Any ideas? Also, I am in Sarasota County in FL.
